1. Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order.

2. What if I do not feel comfortable taking my own measurements?

If you do not feel comfortable taking your own measurements, you also have the option of mailing us one of your best fitting shirts. Our Master Tailor will take the measurements he needs and we will return you shirt along with your new order

3. Need to be fully paid in advance and how do I pay for my shirts or suits?

Yes, fully paid in advance and you can pay by paypal and credit card.

4. Where will my clothes be made?

All custommade clothing, of course be tailored here in Hong Kong.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

You will receive your order in 20 working days. If you need your order sooner please send in your request and we'll do our best to get it to you in time.

6. Can I speak to someone in management?

7. Do you share your customer list with other companies?

We never have, and we never will. We respect and value your privacy.

8. Can I get real swatches samples, and how long do they reach me?

We are willing to mail you real swatches at your request, and please expect them reach you within 20 workdays. Please click here to get further information.

9. Can I give you my own materials?

Yes, we can provide you our excellent tailoring work with the given fabrics.

10. Can I request order unique features on my shirts?

Yes, just send us the sample shirt to copy, and price maybe higher than normal shirt.

11. Is my personal information secure?

Yes. We do as much as we can to ensure your personal information is protected and secure.

12. How long will my shirt take to reach me?.

Given Jim's Tailor Workshop controls the entire manufacturing process we are able to offer our clients timely deliveries, with your shirts expected to reach you within 20 days of placing your order.

13. How do I care for my shirts?

We appreciate that there are various methods and conditions for washing, ironing and even dry cleaning.

14. Will your fabrics shrink when they are washed?

All our fabrics undergo preshrinking treatment to prevent the fabrics from shrinking in the ready garment.

Despite the treatment and the high quality of our fabrics, there might still be a maximum of 3% shrinkage, which we take into consideration when your shirts are being made.

All of our shirt fabrics are put through rigorous testing procedures, allowing us to give you the most accurate washing and caring recommendations.
